Professional and caring. Dr. Kaiser explained my condition and offered alternatives for treatment. She explained possible pain and also aftercare. I was quite pleased with my outcome.

Dr. Kaiser is hands down the best dermatologist I have ever seen. She and her staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were clearly answered. I recommend Dr. Kaiser to anyone looking for a dermatologist in the area.

Dr. Kaiser is very knowledgeable and caring. It was easy to talk to her, and she answered all of my concerns. She gave me multiple options to address my medical concerns, and she was very thorough. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. I am so thankful I have found my forever dermatologist.

Dr Kaiser and I discussed my small Basil Cell and ways to treat other than surgery. If you look on line you will see several ways other than surgery. She must have forgotten our conversation as after the appointment two months later a nurse calls me and tells me I need to see Dr Kaiser. I said I had already been in two months prior and I had agreed, as always, to a 6 months appointment. Then when I said I did not need to see her to the first nurse that nurse gave me another nurse. That nurse insisted on Dr Kaiser talking with me. I was already going to a Mohs Doctor and I had the 5% cream that the Mohs Surgeon said he uses as well as other treatments. I repeated myself to the second nurse. The nurse continued to insist. I then asked the nurse, “who is the patient here, you or me?” She said I was. I then said what happened to patients rights. Well I did not hear anything from her office maybe for 3 weeks. DrKaiser sent a certified letter saying I was rude and took me out of her pratice
