Such a terrible experience. Waited 3 hours just to be seen for a physical. That’s not being a medical care provider. That’s only caring about you and your money. Do better

The worst experiencr
The best day in my life is when I recieved a letter very unprofessional from Raul Zayas indicating he was no longer willing to provide his services to me after prescribing the wrong medication for several months causing my body to swell and retain water ended hospitalized staff is rude and office manager is the same way front desk staff ridiculously rude and no people skills very bad attitude

My husband had a really bad cold. We signed in as walk-in at 12:25. They supposedly see patients from1:00 - 2:30. After an hour he asked the receptionist if he needed to fill out paper work. She couldn't find the sign in sheet. He filled out all information. We sat and waited for 3 1/2 hours among other walk ins that came in after us and we're called in. At 3:00 I asked the receptionist how much longer was the wait. She couldn't find his chart. At that point we walked out at 3:15. Bad place.
