Uncaring, unprofessional
Rachel was cold, uncaring, and acted like I were an inconvenience to her. She is supposed to be a specialist, but did less for me than my PCP, which is to say she did nothing.

Dr. Boggus @ Mayfield Clinic
Dr. Boggus is doing the 3 step ablation procedure on mylumbar vertebrae. I've had the first injection so far. She answered my questions and showed me on my X-rays where the injection will be performed. The first procedure was great with immediate relief. Next step is the second novocaine injection and then the actual ablation.

Dr. Boggus is a true professional. She is efficient, politely direct, and knowledgeable. She does a nice job educating me on each procedure in great detail. She is always able to answer questions and in a way that makes it easy for me to understand. I really appreciate how she continues to explore options for my pain even when I’m unaware she’s doing it. Since becoming a patient she has helped me tremendously with my pain management.

I am in my mid 40s & have been a chronic pain patient about ten years. I spent twenty off those as an RN, getting steroid injections from many different doctors in that time. Believe me when I say, this woman is THE best. She is so incredibly knowledgeable & skilled. I moved from Indianapolis to Chicago,I still make the trip to Indy for my care.
