I’ve lived with debilitating fibromyalgia for 20plus yearsI’ve been to an endless amount of doctors. I’ve had endless amounts of different kinds of treatments and NOTHING ever workedso somehow I found Dr. Kim and on my first visit with him. I told him that what I wanted him to do was to disconnect my head from my spinal cord so I would quit feeling painHe said that he could not do that but that he had something else that would work for me that didn’t involve narcotics and I’m in recovery so that’s importantSo a spinal cord stimulator by Boston scientific, it was placed in backI woke up from surgery vibrating, and have not had fibromyalgia pain sinceIt’s the ONLY thing that EVER workedLife Saving!!!!!!The whole team at his office, including Boston Scientific have been wonderful to work with

The whole company should not even be in business. They do not return phone calls. They do not explain things to you and Dr. Kim is rude and treats you like you’re a drug addict when you’re not and after one injection, he says there’s nothing he can do for me And I know there’s other options. He dismisses anything I say is wrong with me and I guarantee did not read everything that was wrong with me from the two referring doctors that sent me to him. He talks very fast so he can get out of the room and go to the next patient. He does not spend time to know the patient or understand what is wrong with them or how they are feeling.

I wish I could give dr zero stars, but that is not an option. He did absolutely nothing for me other than make me cry. This Dr treated me with disrespect. Seeing this Dr was the absolute worst experience of my life with in any medical setting. He treated me like some pill seeking addict or something. Acted like I was just making up symptoms or something? He so condescending and had an extremely bad attitude. I left my visit literally in tears and never went back & I never will. He was extremely rude, condescending, and totally dismissive of my rare severe pain condition even though I am on disability for it and have had to seek medical treatment for it for many years now & I struggle to my core to get through each day. His bedside manner is terrible. He is not a good Dr for how he treats his patients. I wouldn’t go back to him if he was the last Dr on earth. Not even if you paid me. Do not go to this doctor!

The care, compassion and knowledge that Dr Kim gives is far better than any physician in the field has

Correct my back and leg problems with MILD surgery. Provided follow up care to make sure I was able to get off pain medication completely. I especially like his interpersonal communication style. Highly recommend Dr. Kim!!

He is rude and condescending! Called prior to melanoma surgery asking about pain medication the surgeon wanted to use- no response.

The staff is great. They get their buisness done quick which is great cuz I have a fear of all dr offices. Not so much here! Thank dr kim!!!

I am grateful that Dr. Scott Kim chose to help me I feel that other healthcare providers have chosen just to not care that worry about your patience quality of life with Dr. Scott seem to help seem to not be that kind of a doctor. I truly have hope.

He was very quick to get out of the room and didn’t ask me too many questions, and all he was interested in was giving me a drug test even though I could barely walk and in a lot of pain I don’t understand if he was in pain he would know exactly what I was going through but he doesn’t have any sympathy. I don’t ever want to go back there. I just sit and suffer because I don’t want to see another doctor like him.

Dr Kim has changed the Greenwood location for the better. He is both caring and professional.

Dr Kim took me on over 4 years ago. I have a broken back and 3 neurosurgeons demanded surgery but as a 30 yr recovery room RN I said NO WAY, once you operate on a patients back it’s a domino effect with more and more levels needing rods and screws! Recently Falling I’ve now broken my neck too. Dr Kim respects my surgical refusal and actually agrees with me about outcome! His main worry is my spinal cord severing and has been very caring and empathetic. He does great injections giving me relief along with RXS. He tried many because strong opiates make me itch and found a time released OxyContin and HYDROCODONE recipe that allows me to care for myself.I also had lidocaine infusions! Susan is always AWSOME & a great listener and cares a great deal about patients! I can’t praise the office girls, like Shelby , who are always organized and know everyone like family! Ive NEVER FELT questioned or JUDGED ABOUT RXS IN 4 years like other places! Could not be a better empathetic pain group!

My family member has waited 3 years to get a procedure done. Finally got performed but was not done correctly. Now needs removed. Have waited at least 4 months of being in excruciating pain and still haven’t got it removed. WHERE IS THE CARE FOR YOUR PATIENTS???????

I have been waiting for his office to schedule me for over 2 months. Finally asked to be referred by my spine specialist to someone else .

I love Dr. Kim. He listens and really tries to help. He spends time to get to know the patient and takes the time to figure out what needs to be done. His office staff is different. They won't call you back. They seem constantly busy. He needs more workers in the office.

Dr. Kim seemed like a great Doc on first visit, but on follow visit, he was short and didn't seem to want to hear anything from me. Maybe, he was having a bad day. I really am in major pain, too bad for me.

Simply the best. Professional, caring and his staff always are ready to help with a warm smile. They really care about their patients.

Does not listen to the patient, very difficult to communicate with.

Dr Kim is great at listening and finding just the right solution for you. Not all treatments work for everyone, but he will take the time and figure out what works for you!

Only been seeing Dr. Kim for a short time, but I’m very impressed with the professionalism of the whole staff. Dr. Kim has spent the appropriate amount of time with me, seems to really want to help my pain issues. I would certainly recommend him to anyone with chronic pain.

Dr. Kim goes above and beyond to make sure his patient's get the care they need.
