Be aware that they will charge you fees of $65 if you are late the 15 min early they ask you to come. They will charge you $65 if you are not feeling well and have documentation of going to the ER and having a procedure prior to the appointment and you can't make it. They say they waive one $65 fee only within 6-12 months only and since they had waived it for me because I was late the 15 minutes early they wanted me to come before the appointment. Does not make any sense I was on time for my appointment and it was not an issue during my appointment and did not set anyone back. I appreciative the removal but taken aback at this kind of policy and the amount they charge. I had an appointment on a Monday and the week before I was in the ER and the Friday before I had a procedure done and was hoping to be fine for my Monday appointment at but I was not. So I called in on Monday and rescheduled did not know I would be hit with a $65 charge. Person that answer could have mentioned.
