I absolutely loved Jen & Dr. Chopra, I thought Anita was a little stuck up with an attitude, not cheery & sweet while working with children. Unfortunately I switched doctors for my kids after almost 7 years of going there. My reason for leaving was not so much the doctors, but their staff. The MAs were amazing. The receptionists? They were always argumentative with smart mouths & sarcastic attitude. I shouldn’t have to argue for my sick child to see his/her doctor or be questioned on why I think they’re sick.

Staff is rude , never see dr Prem Chopra . Anita Chopra is very cold, and my baby was having issues with reflux and milk allergy which was always ignored by the two doctors I spoke to there several times about my concerns . Had to take my daughter to a gi doctor on my own . And switch pediatricians !

Dr. Chopra and staff are the best. I switched recently after a few bad experiences with another practice. They are so thorough, attentive and listen to my concerns. Best choice we ever made.

I absolutely love the doctors and the NP here! They are all very attentive, and take their time with you and your child to make sure they give you the best of care. There is never a rush to the next patient. Appointments when your child is sick is always made for same day. If the office is closed and your child is in need to see a doctor they will meet you there. They are all wonderful people! I highly recommend this place.

I love this office. As well as the staff. My only complaints are, the heat is always high. Very hot in the cool months and wait time. If I have a 12:30 appointment,. I won't get out til 2pm. I usually wait almost 30 past my schedule appointment before being seen. I just think they are over booking. Every patient deserves their time with the Dr. There are too many scheduled. I have to take the whole day off when I schedule. Otherwise amazing staff, I highly recommend this office.

I went to Dr. Chopra as a child and now my children see him and Dr. Anita Chopra. They are so good and attentive to them. They remember previous visits with details (not just what would be in the medical chart). The on-call service is wonderful and they are always helpful.
