Unhelpful and lacking empathy
Dr. Dhanoa was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive of a serious health problem I was having. He refused to go out of his way to contact a specialist to move up a procedure, which I was in dire need of. He showed a lack of empathy and true understanding of my condition, preferring not to rock the boat with the insurance company than act as his patient’s advocate.
