Today after me calling to reschedule, a missed appointment last Friday (due to my job) I was abruptly told after 2 'no shows' that Dr Imes now refuses to see me, this is after driving there on my last appointment to see their roof caved in due to a busted pipe and being told all appointments that day were cancelled and I should have been called, which I was not. The lady advising me I was no longer welcome today laughed through her conversation with me and advised me I should have paid more attention to the signs saying, 'after 2 missed appointments you are OUT'. The last time I called to reschedule I never got a call back from them and for them to now say I am responsible for their poor ability to schedule and run their business I have to start over with another Dr, I hope you read these Dr Imes because I will be telling everyone I know to not use your clinic.

Dr. Imes is one of the best doctors I've ever contacted regarding my overall health condition. Dr. Imes talked to me and explained in detail what I could do to improve my health. He doesn't try to sugar-coat anything; he gives honest answers. I will recommend Doctor Imes to all my friends and family.

Amazing doctor & staff!
So very impressed with his knowledge about all of my diseases/conditions. Spent over an hour with me. Explains everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. So knowledgeable about all of my medications too.

Don't use this guy
When the first series of DreamStation was determined to cause illness Dr. Imes office never contacted me. It wasn't until a year later when I was ordering additional parts when the supplier told me there was a recall. When I asked Dr Imes PA about it she just said they gave their list of patients to Philips to call. I also never saw the doctor, only his PA. Then without explanation they fired me by telling me my insurance was no longer accepted. When I logged into my insurance provider Dr. Imes was still listed as a provider so I would not recommend them because of their flakey behavior.

If you need a real diagnostician who stays current
Dr Imes is the most caring physician I have ever been to. I am an MD myself and I am really upset with the direction medicine is going. No one is a real diagnostician anymore....no one thinks outside the box. Most physicians follow an algorithm set in place by insurance companies and hospitals. There is also very little discussion between providers. He is at the top of my list for very fine physicians.

Avoid
After months of treatment, that was not helpful, I was told to go to another specialist that my insurance will not cover. Dr. Imes is not helpful. Don't see him.

Avoid this office!
Staff is less than pleasant, you won’t see Dr. Imes, only the PA ever. She is great, the rest of the staff is rude and still on a paper filing system. That means no email, no digital reminders etc. After being a patient for several years they left a voicemail cancelling my annual visit on the morning of the appointment and rescheduling it without talking to me. Voicemail said if we don’t hear from you then this is your new appt time. I missed that visit. Called back a few weeks later to schedule a new one and the “Dr” had written a note to not reschedule so they refused to schedule another appointment. Told me the Dr had gotten strict about no shows. So after several years and no other missed appointments now I am having to find a new provider. Horrendous service and experience.

Won’t Listen
I never saw the actual Dr. I only saw his PA. She wouldn’t address my concerns. I told her my oxygen levels were dropping at night, She told me that would improve over time, that it takes time for my body to adjust to the CPAP. I was told for months that we would address it at the next appoint. Appointments came and went and each time I was told the same thing. I finally went for a second opinion. This Dr. sent me for a sleep study and found my CPAP settings were set so Low they were doing nothing for me. Have had my CPAP adjusted and doing great now. This place apparently would have let me continue to sleep with low oxygen levels regardless of the damage it was doing to my body. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!

While he only read the results for one of my tests, the billing department has lost my payment twice and is blaming it on everyone but themselves. They claim to have tried to charge my credit card but given the lack of fraud alerts, no charge was ever attempted. I then went through my bank to send a check, which they now claim they never received. I am taking them to the BBB for resolution since they seem to not want to accept any payments I try to send.

Let me first say that I am not a patient of Dr. Imes. I am a nurse who at the direction of the physicians I worked with, referred many, many patients to Dr. Imes. They always had wonderful outcomes. He's the best! I can agree to all except that myself nor a family member (to my knowledge) has not received treatment from Dr. Imes. As I said, I have sent many patients to him and I know how well they did. They are not my family, but many times I felt as though they were.

Dr. Imes is wonderful and so is his wife nurse Bonnie Imes. They have really gone above and beyond for me. We went over me symptoms and he began treatment then and there. My insurance was being very difficult and Bonnie did a lot of work to get medications that I need. They are wonderful!!

I went in bcz i have severe sleep apnea, was talked out of getting a sleep study done so that Dr Imes could sell me a machine that his personal company makes, BAD idea, now im out over a thousand dollars and have a worthless machine and still need a sleep study done. Dont waste your time here. Find another Dr.

Dr. Imes listens to the patient and responds back to the patient in layman terms. Also, Dr. Imes assertively diagnoses your illness and begins treatment. Further, Dr. Imes is all about helping the patient live a normal and productive lifestyle. I have had a severe sleep disorder for over 20 years. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and treated for it only. Daytime sleepiness still occurred. I took it upon myself to find a doctor who would help me. Dr. Imes is who I found, thank God.

Dr Imes is possibly the most professional Dr that I have ever had the pleasure to visit. He describes the causes of my symptoms in plain English so that I actually understand what he is telling me. He office staff are friendly and he was referred by another excellent doctor
