Awful!! Don’t waste your time. Incompetent office staff! Dr. Jain does not return phone calls. Office manager is rude and does not give 2 cents about patient care. I have been a patient for 7 years and never had the experiences I have encountered in the past 2 months.

I keep getting the nurse practioner run around. If you know you need to see a doctor not a practioner then keep looking this is not where you want to go. Between the old Nurse Practioner changing and a new one being hired, I apparently got lost in the paperwork. Now I am told I need to have an appointment with the newNP. Don’t waste your time going here Don’t continue living with pain while going through the NP runaround Keeping searching you will not be satisfied with this establishment.

They file tens of thousands of dollars of insurance claims that are not valid. Meaningless tests that literally can take less than a minute and cost more than $10k. Please check your EOBs and report them. PS, you never see the actual doctor.

Please do not go here. Worst office staff and most incompetent assistant I have ever met. You’re not allowed to see the doctor. Seriously. I’ve never heard of such a thing in all my life. It’s a total sham.

Good compassionate doctor. For the first time i felt that someone listened to me. She is so cheerful that seeing her makes me smile and my pain scale goes down by a couple of points. Front office staff is excellent. They worked with me on my high deductible plan and put me on a payment plan. The labs were smooth, one stick and i did not even feel it. I am back on a low dose of meds and weekly physical therapy. Had my first injection today of the three injection series...already feel super.

My eighty-six old mother was referred to this office for pain management for her back. My wife took my mother to this office visit and the office visit was very confrontational. There were accusations that my mother was not a United States citizen and that she was soliciting pain medicare for someone else or some other purpose. My mother left the office visit without treatment and continued back pain. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Don't waste your time. You will be waiting over an hour and a half every time just to see the doctor.. The staff is extremely rude, they aren't professional, they don't care how long you've waited, and the nurses don't even check your height, weight or provide any accurate health answers. Ive been coming here for 2 years and never have even met Dr.Nisha Jain. They only use her signature to write prescriptions... I'm DEFINITELY finding a new doctor ASAP! This place is ridiculous...
