The best in primary care
Dr. Tran is excellent as my primary care physician. She is professional yet communicates on an even level with her patient. I have many medical issues. Dr. Tran really listens and analyses your symptoms, refers you to extremely capable specialists and tracks your progress with each. She is the consummate professional yet listens and communicates making the patient feel confident and at ease. I recommend Dr Tran most highly.

She is awful at keeping appointments. I mean, the 1-2 times I got in she was OK (although she missed a couple of things) but she is constantly rescheduling ("not working on that day"). Why make the appointment in the first place?! Dumping her

I first made an appointment to see her because I was having side effects with my birth control, and I wanted to discuss different options with her. When she asked me what I made the appointment for and I told her, she got really offended and said "I'm a primary care doctor. You do not make an appointment with me just to ask questions about birth control." What an unpleasant person with a huge ego. I swiftly changed PCPs after this.

I've seen one terrible primary care doctor after another at Belmont Medical. If you want to leave a medical facility feeling much worse than when you walked in, this is the place for you. Otherwise, run as fast as you can in the other direction and find another doctor! Never again!

Worst experience ever! She was angry at me because I was not her routine patient. She complained to me that I did not go to my PCP and when I explained that I found her available and was going to change my PCP and she said everyone says that. She did not seem to care about me as a patient and showed no respect to another human being. Very disappointed that such a careless person became a doctor only because she got the professional trainings. I will never go back for sure.
