She is rude and doesn’t want to listen to me
Please don’t make an appointment with her. She doesn’t really listen to me and just wants to finish the session as soon as possible. Super bed experience

Uncomfortable and Disappointed
I had to google this doctor's name in order to see if other people have had experiences as bad as mine. I did not once feel welcome, respected, or taken seriously by Dr. Pimrale at all during my appointment. She spoke for me, made incorrect assumptions, and was openly judgmental about my life, diagnoses, and personal choices. I am shocked she works with patients at all considering her lack of bedside manner. I would not recommend her to anyone, and though I have no doubt of her skill as a physician, her attitude and behavior need to be addressed by her employers.

Yelled throughout the appointment. Did not respect our culture and was cursing what we do and eat. Rude behavior. Wonder why and how she is qualified to be a PCP.

Yelled throughout the appointment – Oct 28, 2020

I am genuinely surprised she is still a doctor to be quite honest. She is so rude and clearly hates what she is doing. I had my first Telehealth with her and she yelled at me the whole call about why I had the issues that I do (kind of her job to figure it out as a doctor). Not only that, she threatened to tell my mom (who is also her patient) about my personal history. How can she, as a practicing doctor, tell her patient openly she is willing to break her oath??? She also yelled at me about my personal beliefs. One video call was enough to let me know I will never go back to her and am also having my parents change her as a doctor.

As a nurse, I would never in a million years recommend her to anyone. She is the most insensitive doctor. Has 0 bedside manner. Incredibly rude. I’m surprised that Lahey has someone as poor of a Dr as her associated with them. I left my appointment in tears today. I will never go back to her.

I started seeing Dr. Pimprale this year after moving to Billerica. She was thorough on my first visit, listened to my needs and addressed concerns. She gave advice about medications that I was taking and suggested changes and explained her reasoning well so I could understand. She seemed genuinely concerned about my health and well being. She followed up with me on the medication changes and responds to messages quickly. I am very happy with my choice to switch to her office
