Medical gaslighting to the fullest
I was a patient of Dr. Tsewang for 1.5 years and saw her 8x during that timeframe. Initially, I thought she was attentive, as she seemed to listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions during my first few visits. However, I soon felt the opposite. After one appointment, her follow-up comments on my test results were generic and rote, blatantly disregarding the conversation we had had a few days prior.Every time I saw her, she didn’t seem to remember me or my medical history. She faced and talked to her computer more with me directly. When I tried to discuss multiple symptoms and concerns, I felt brushed off, leaving appointments without clear guidance or any reassurance. This has been a frustrating experience overall, and I wouldn’t recommend her if you’re looking for a physician who takes the time to address concerns thoroughly and provide personalized care.Have recently switched to a new PCP internal medicine doc.

Do not recommend for anyone, especially elderly!
Dr. Tsewang is one of the ONLY 2 doctors I have ever felt so compelled to leave a negative review for. She provides sub par care, is rude and uncompassionate, and speaks down to people. This goes beyond not having bedside manner, which she definitely doesn't have. She is insulting and does not how to treat her patients, especially older patients. Had I not been with my mother during a couple of appointments to witness the behavior myself, I wouldn't have believed that what she said about this doctor was true. The worst part is that she was treating her based on assumptions and made comments about her weight and brushed off her request for treatment as though she was not worthy of feeling well. When my mother asked what she could do to feel better, her exact words were - 'well, you're obese, you have diabetes, breathing problems, walking problems. You can't expect you will feel well' We left and sought care elsewhere where Mom is treated well and has improved. Do not see this doctor!

absolutely wack.
Tsewang has been my doctor for the past few months... throughout this time she's been extremely rude towards me. She's dismissive of my questions and concerns about my own body, sometimes not even answering me at all. Tsewang is disrespectful, cold, and mean. I'm not asking for my doctor to coddle me, just show me some basic respect and concern for my health.

Very disappointed! I was informed that they no longer accept my insurance & will not go out of network (which is part of my coverage). My main issue is that I called the office numerous times and they have not responded. I am looking for a referral for a new pcp since I have been a patient there for a long time….. beginning with one of the best drs.. Dr. G. Lunghar. I’m very upset that they have ignored me!

I have been seeing Dr. Tsewang for 5 years and greatly appreciate her thoroughness and candor. The negative reviews are more about the patients than Dr. Tsewang.

Worst doctor ever. She said my kidneys were slightly impaired when I was actually in stage three kidney failure. Also my cholesterol was 256 for two years and she said she wasn't worried about it. If I could give that quack zero stars I would.bif you value your life my experience says don't ever go to her.

In 2016-2017 I gave her benefit of doubt and time to be my dr but she was always agitated complaining she had little time. Very rude, arrogant, aggressive, condescending, scolding, dismissive of me. She demands constant visits. Asst. took list of my meds & put many incorrect meds & doses on my patient portal. She makes it known she does not approve of what I have been prescribed by long time specialists. Over states my condition to a very frightening extent & should have reported her. Bad Doctor

My husband and I both had Dr. Tsewang for our doctor. After lab tests could not get to a problem she recommended two choices, antibiotics (for an ongoing problem for over 8 months) or a specialist. It is very irresponsible to just hand out antibiotics when you cannot solve a problem. Even the specialist was appalled at this. My husband went to see her to get his meds refilled. No follow through, after several weeks she had not called them in. We are both going to different doctors.

Cannot recommend this Dr. less - she is HORRIBLE. Awful bedside manner, completely RUDE attitude. Is not a Dr. who wants you to contribute in your healthcare. She is extremely ignorant about nutrition, and I don't get that she even believes in it as a health contribution. STAY AWAY!

Go to another doctor... The team in its entirety is inept and unqualified to provide medical care. They lost two sets of my labs and didn't tell me for three weeks - it was up to me to try to track them down. Then she wanted me to resubmit samples. Nope.

I have never had a less than empathetic health care provider. Very cut and dried approach. The last time I saw her for a few minor issues, she became aggravated and said she had no more time to spend with me. A first for me.

Horrible doctor, I could have DIED! Wrote I was drug seeking ! didn't do any tests other than feeling my lower stomach. I went another four mos, before going to emergengy in excruciating pain had to have EMERGENGY surgery and follow up chemo for an ovarian tumor easily diagnosed by ultra sound, MRI and blood tests. I could have had a tiny surgery instead i had a huge abdomenal scar Also this doctor underprescribed a friend DYING of liver cancer, hastening his death. He SUFFERED Terribly!

Dr Tsewang is very kind and caring. I first started seeing her for a routine gyn. checkup and physical, very thorough and reassuring as she took her time to answer all my questions and concerns. Later that year I had gone through a traumatic event in my life, and was very upset. I could not find a psychiatrist under my plan so I went back to her and she helped me get back on my feet tremendously with the right medications and took the time to talk to me each time (45 min). It's too bad I moved.

She treated me in a condescending manner; she rushed me; she was not addressing my needs... I overheard her staff threaten to call the police on an elderly man who was addressing his dissatisfaction about the way he was being treated. This gentleman was only addressing his issues and was not even raising his voice. A man 40 years his junior was getting hot headed and aggressive with him. Everyone in the waiting room was in shock and one woman even said, great, we are patients here too.
