Dr. Mustafa Moazam, MD

I read the bad reviews & they are sooo off! He may not be at the CO clinic, yet he still saw me in person once & then telehealth. He told me that our 2nd brain is our stomach & I need to EAT better which would help a lot of issues. Also gave a full bloodwork up to show all my allergies & more. When he’s not there, his PA is and she was great too. Very kind, intelligent & understanding…went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic or Dr to anyone who actually wants GOOD care. God bless them all! I don’t like or trust most Drs & if I leave a GOOD review of one…I mean it. Wish I was back in CO. NEVER come to IA unless you have private insurance!

Do not go to the Colorado clinic. Dr. Moazam is never there and it's horribly mismanaged. The nurse gave me some basic internet advice and gave me no actual medical help.

Caring, listens, advocates. Treats the entire family. Recommend highly...

I live in Colorado and Dr. Moazam opened an outreach clinic here. My experience with them has been awful. They do not have a practicing M.D. here @ the clinic. Dr. Moazam says he can't get here due to COVID. Although, he seemed knowledgeable, his orders were never put through in a timely manner to the staff and often were not correct. Results were not reported to me in a timely manner either. I had to call and make a "tele- appointment" with the nurse to get any reports on results. Of the things I found suspicious was Dr. Moazam calling me after my initial appointment, asking me to recommend him to my friends. After that, I had to fight to get a phone appointment with him and was told he only did video appointments in the office. Sorry doc! No go. I found this clinic extremely frustrating and stressful to deal with!

I have never had a Dr, like him, Dr Moazam, always listens to my concerns , and answers all of my questions. He asks for all of your Diagnosis, to know how your doing with every medication, he has prescribed and if the meds help you. I would highly recommend Dr Moazam to all my family and friends. Going to his office takes a-lot of time waiting to see him, but it sure is worth the waiting is always good to See him .when you need to take care of your health. Thank you Dr Moazam for going out of your way, and taking the time to see me as if I was the only patient in your office. God Bless you!!!

Terrible repeated experience. Never see the doctor, only can see his PAs. I saw him when I first came to the clinic and a follow up, well over a year ago. I liked him, but his office is chaos. Last week no prescriptions was sent to Walgreens, and later they sent an invalid paper script to pharmacy. Took 24 hours after seeing PA to get the prescriptions. I was very sick. Yesterday, I waited 2 hours after having an appointment and no sign of anyone ever checked on me at all as I waited for the Dr or PA . I finally left without seeing anyone. Chest X ray results never reported to me by phone or hard copy. I am sick trying to see another doctor today. Dr Mozam is failing his patience who trusted his care. I will never do back.

Dr. Moazam, I want to compliment you on Ismail Ali, he possesses a loyal customer services attitude, and is viewed as one go to by patients/customers who need assistance, especially after hours. Ismail Ali excels at following up with customers to ensure they are fully satisfied. He also shows an extraordinary ability to understand what customers are experiencing and is able to meet all their needs fully Was able to handle my call with ease and manages to give us feedback in the most constructive manner, He also takes pride in serving clients equally in a warm and friendly way. He had the right answers to the most difficult questions and clearly resolves a problem in the simplest way possible. Thank you Mr. Ali for meeting all the expectations which Dr. Moazam excels at offering along with special and unique solutions to patients/customers needs. Your customer service skills are clearly professional and I thank you for being one of the best representatives I have had to help me.

He is an awesome doctor with a horrible front office staff...they come in up to 30 minute late consistently, are rude and will leave your phone calls unreturned. There are a few kind and caring ones in the bunch but the few bad apples make dealing with the office of this very good doctor difficult at best. I would still recommend him because good doctors like him are hard to find but be prepared for ample frustration.

Fantastic doctor! Wait times can be long but he ensures that everyone who sees him gets the same care n time. Dedicated professional like they used to be. He listens n actually discusses your medical conditions and what you can do to fix them.

?? Fighting Cancer ?? I tried chemo for colon cancer this year; since it worked with my breast cancer in 2010 I thought it was my only option, I had issues two weeks into it and had to stop chemotherapy. My Doctor, Dr. Mustfa Moazam is the best doctor I have ever known, he has impacted my life in such a positive way, I could never repay him for all he has done for me, Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Dr. Moazam is an excellent Dr. I have always left his office very satisfied and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

He is a very kind and compassionate, Dr. He genuinely cares! He's the best!

Dr Moazam is my PCP and has provided excellent care and takes his patient into account as a whole.

Doctor was very unprofessional. He was cussing and yelling at staff in front of patients. He takes 2-3 hours to see patients.

I am not a patient of Dr. moazam but, my daughter was in excruciating pain and throwing up so she went to the hospital where Dr. Moazam was on call and his knowledge about what was going on with her and the professional and caring way that he interacted with her and us the immediate family was done in a way that gave us confidence and peace that the Heath care that.
