Dr. Muriel Granville-Stoev, MD

Ridiculous wait time of 2 plus hours. Dr does in accurate billing, I always have a balance from previous visit which was supposed to have been covered at 100%but the doctor over codes to make more money. I don't receive any statements and at each visit accrue additional charges without notifying me.The staff is always clueless and have no idea of what they are doing. the phelebotomist smells of smoke and is very unprofessional. I am frustrated and have left the practice along with my husband. This office needs major updating.

I had an appt at 10 and noone came for an hour. I heard the nurses talking about an elderly woman on how she smelled while cleaning up her room. All 4 people that checked in after me went before me. When I asked what was taking so long, the staff was unapolegtic and told me they had to take the woman before me because she had a UTI. Is that professional?

It is extremely difficult to get refills on prescriptions. At best they are slow at worst they either don't care or are very bad at their job. This has been going on for years. You ask why are you still going there? I am not I found a group that fills prescriptions the day you call and let them know you are out. My wife continues to go there and month after month have her prescriptions not get refilled in a timely manner.

My husband and I recently moved here to Florida. The moving process has been rather turbulent, with Nishant (as we have now learned) tearing a ligament during the move. The Stoevs came recommended highly from our new neighbors. The two doctors have been quick to get us established as patients and to send us out for referrals as needed. I was able to refill my current scripts nearly immediately, and Nishant got help from his back from Dr. Steve. Both doctors are clearly very competent and professional, but keep a very familial atmosphere at their office, and take plenty of time to hear our individual concerns, which I appreciate. Everyone (staff and even other patients) has been quite friendly and speaks highly of the Stoevs. Though they sometimes run late (likely as a result of being so involved with their patients), I would argue that the wait is worth it for the degree of care received. We would both whole-heartedly recommend the Stoevs to anyone just moving to the area.

I see Muriel as a doctor regularly (while my hubbie Mac sees Steve), and she is a wonderful woman. Very kind, takes her time and does her due diligence. And she clearly cares about her patients. Case in point, I had a pretty bad case of the coronavirus quite recently, and she answered my calls with questions and concerns as late as 8 PM while checking in on me every few days. It totally cleared up with her help. And that's not to mention how Steve really helped Mac (he always says that he saved his life!). I trust both of their judgments implicitly, because without them, we'd both be in much worse places.

Writing this on behalf of my ma with Alzheimers. She's been seeing the doc for a while. The doc is really good to her and keeps her mind on the up and up. Ma loves making a day outta going to the doctor's, she thinks very highly the crew there. Very homey atmosphere, and I feel she's safe with the doc's care

My husband Hal and I both sincerely love the work that the Drs. Stoev do on us. They are very kind people that clearly care about your health with a wealth of knowledge and competence. Would very much recommend if you're in the neighborhood for a doctor!

My husband and I have been seeing the Stoevs as doctors for many years, but we are sadly moving away to live with our family in Missouri next week. We just want people to know about these great doctors! Very kind and competent. They always explain everything fully and make sure we understand our medical situations, and make the time to do so regardless of how long the appointment is supposed to be. They are very keen on preventative medicine instead of trying to treat when it's too late. I know from experience: it saved my life! And the staff! They are so accomodating to this old lady and always seem to be happy to be there. What a homey place! Thanks again! Faye

TerribleIII My husband and I had an appointment for the doctors, Steve and Muriel, at the same time. The parking lot was empty and so was the office and the phone didn't ring al all when we were there which we thought was very unusual for a doctor's office. We arrived 10 minutes early with our paperwork completed so we didn't have to wait to do that. We waited 40 minutes before approaching the front desk to ask why we hadn't been seen yet since there were no other patients. The front desk person went to ask the doctors and came back out to tell us that we could leave if we didn't want to wait and so we did. No explanation for the delay. These folks need to retire. Stay away....a complete waste of our time.

Doctor is not sensitive to patient's needs. He is rude and does not seem to care about his patients. The worst experience ever with a doctor. He also has one of the worst reviews online and I should have done my research before hand.

Dr. M is one of the best Doctors I have ever seen! Excellent Diagnostician.

When I went to visit Dr. Muriel after a few requests she took the time to listen unlike most doctors I have come across in my years alive. When talking to her for some high cholesterol problems I had she prescribed me a medication that had been highly recommend for this kind of problem. It's obvious she knows what she is saying as she has been practicing for a long time. The only problem I do have is that they may be late especially in the mornings. otherwise great prices and a great doctor!

She really takes her time with you. When I first came as a patient and was waiting for my turn to be seen, I took the time to ask other patients about what they think of her and the practice. I was amazed at the overwhelming positive response from those I spoke to. One person commented that when you see her, you don't feel like you are talking to a doctor but to a trusted friend, and great diagnostician. As for me, I now have been here for a couple of years, and could not agree more. Thanks Dr M

A couple of close friends who go to her recommended her highly. They were not wrong. She is great and very on the ball. I had been having belly pain for several months, without relief. Visited several walk-in clinics, and a few private docs before I saw her. They were a waste of time. She instinctively seems to know what to do and what tests to order. After a few days I felt as good as new. THANKS Dr. M. And BTW, YOUR STAFF IS TERRIFIC!!. I am planing on switching my whole family the practice.
