Dr. Munira Mian, MD

Doctor use to be good. Staff is horrible and I don't think she even cares anymore. I waited 30 for her to see me. Then I went to complain to the receptionist, she said she will get to me soon with an attitude. Doctor says she was trying to catch up on her charts and sends in the NP. Excuse me but you need to make your appointments a priority. This is not my first negative experience. You can never get them to answer the phone too. Our 17 year relationship is now over. Sad she is now careless.

My boyfriend went in for a broken finger. Not only did the staff fail to make an appointment in in an appropriate amount of time, they refused to answer his calls or return them. After contacting the doctor and getting her referral to a specialist the staff failed to ever send the referral to the specialist. He no longer has health insurance and still had a broken finger. We would never recommend this doctor due to the incompetence of the staff.

I love the doctor, the nurse practitioner and aides on staff. Dr. Mian always takes her time with me to ensure my questions are answered. My ONLY complaint, and why I'm not rating her office 5 stars, is because I NEVER get a call back when leaving messages and I can't ever get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. They have not answered or returned any phone calls in two months! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. She is nice, but that can only go so far. Literally, no one will ever answer or return your phone calls EVER.

The staff in this office are unprofessional. My daughter has been waiting for a call back for an appointment and referral for over two months. I called to insist she receive a call, and was told her personal information even though she is over 18. This office is a joke!

I will never tell anyone about this doctor, she's Never in the office, she is always out of town an when you try to make a appointment they never anwer the phone.
