He was really responsive, interested, and professional. The scheduling issues are largely due to the fact that insurance providers do not want to cooperate with the surgery he specializes in- but his team understood the stress, and have handled it so often that they just have to beg patients for patience. Happy with how things turned out overall :)

The worst healthcare I have ever had. Wrong procedure done, clear enough information was NOT provided in consultation, gaslighting when post op concerns raised. No solution offered, they have kept my deposit money despite being paid by insurance, which is not legal. The staff was really bad about communication, lost paperwork, provided wrong paperwork, and the wrong surgery was done. When brought up ASAP post-op, was told "this is normal, everything is good, this is a great result." Then came 5 months of discussion on how to fix it, then I was basically dismissed. DO NOT go here. The Crane Clinic was a disaster, Dr. Jun then failed on all fronts. I am left having to sue and seek corrective care elsewhere.
