Dr. Michael Yip, MD

Dr. Yip is an excellent surgeon. He repaired my left broken wrist to full functionality on July 1st, 2024. I would recommend him highly!

Dr. Yip did surgery on my shoulder and I could not be more pleased. From the first exam to my follow up after surgery, he was thorough, courteous and professional. He set realistic expectations for my surgery and recovery and the results were even better than I anticipated.

Despite alleged technical skills, arrogant and rude behavior was unprofessional. Communication matters. Found another surgeon.

I’ve been very happy with Dr. Yip and all the team members who have helped me. I have had two appointments now the first involving an exam followed by mri order and then follow up that had X-rays, diagnosis and his treatment plan. Seems very thorough and answered all my questions. Smiled when I said my shoulder was improving and light heartedly said, “ Well, you’re coming here!” His appointments have been quick but I appreciate the short wait time and his efficiency in getting me in and out. I understand that his practice is also one of the few remaining private ortho clinics in the area and will definitely continue to support and recommend them!

I have been a patient of Dr. Yip's for over 2 years. He did surgery on my left arm and today will be doing my right. He is a great doctor and an excellent surgeon. He is very matter of fact and had always answered my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him.

He is rude, indifferent and does not communicate. I would not recommend him.

found this doctor to be rude and not friendly and spent little time with me i felt rushed and over was a first appt. i went in with one orth issue and ask him to check my other ortho issues he refused he said go back to your primary doctor. dr yip is orth he could of issued the test i asked but being a ortho doc he refused was not happy at all .will not being going back will seek a second ortho doc advise.
