Love the Providers but Office Management is AWFUL
I honestly hate to write this review. My husband has been a patient of Dr Trombley since 2016 and I have a been a patient of Sara Mergy since roughly 2020. We both love these two as primary care providers. The problem isn't with them. The problem is with office management. Trying to call the office is extremely painful. The phone just rings and rings. Sometimes the women who answer are friendly but more often than not it sounds like they don't want to be there doing their job. I have had messages go unanswered for months. More often than not, messages don't get answered or if they do it takes days. Just recently I had to stop by the office to leave a message for Sara bc no one would answer the phone. I also had to see my gynecologist bc I couldn't get in touch with this office. I recommend Sara to lots of people but am sorry I have done so due to the fact that you can't speak to anyone. This office needs more people working and more caring office personnel.

Even if he doesn't know about your condition, he is willing to listen and learn. Is very helpful with paperwork AND his staff is kind as well.
