Dr. Williams is a pleasure to interface with. He is friendly, personable, and Knowledgeable. He explains everything and his recommendations are patient oriented.

DR. Williams is the best doctor a person could have. Doctor Williams really cares about his patients, He takes time to explain everything to you and he answers all of your questions. He takes the time to check all lab and other test results and he explaines them in a way you can understand. I trust him and I am very glad he is my Doctor .

You will see just a small thing can change someone's feeling. It still hurts my feeling from him and his nurse Cindy during my last visit. In 2022, I had a chest pain and made an appointment for a tele-health session with him first. I actually liked the way he explained things, and listened to me at that time. However, it didn't last long. A couple of months later, it was when I visited the place in-person. Because I was not feeling well at that time, my work asked me to bring a doctor's note. For some reason, both Dr. Williams and the nurse Cindy were giving me an attitude. Here are what I disliked during that time. Cindy helped me measure my weight. I was relieved I lost my weight a little bit, but she reacted with sarcasm. And the doctor asked what my job is, so I answered. Then he said it sounds like a fancy job. Weird.. I could feel his fakeness when he said that. Not just that, he also was annoyed during the whole time. That doctor's note irritates you?

I already knew how I would get my test results back. I really like Dr Williams. Very personable and gets things done right for my health care.

There was no waiting and the provider was courteous, patient and addressed Al my concerns. Good experience.
