Acted like he had no idea what we had discussed in consultation. Was then rude about it and making up excuses. After the procedure a nurse offered to get another doctor to handle the rest but at that point I just wanted out of the office.

Definitely not the most well spoken doctor, or very personable. You know when you find an intelligent, caring doctor you want to stick with. This is not it. The entire experience was rushed, and labs were poorly explained. I ended up getting care elsewhere.
