I have been a patient of Dr. Imburgia for about 2 years. Never have I had a doctor that I thought cared more for my health and well-being than he is without regards to my ability to pay or what insurance I have. Never have I been to his office without actually seeing him. So often I go to a doctors appointment without seeing a doctor. Usually a nurse practitioner who is no longer with the office next appointment. Once I called the office after hours with a non-emergency question expecting a call back the following day. Dr. Imburgia returned my call personally within 15 minutes. Now I have an issue with my HMO not having him or the hospital in the HMO’s network and he and his office is going beyond what I’ve ever had a medical facility before to have my health needs met. I really find Medicare and HMO’s confusing. They seem like used car salesmen. I don’t think my concerns could be in better hands. It’s a shame all doctors and medical providers don’t have his caring, compassion.

I’ve been a patient of D. Imburgia since the mid 90s. He is caring, thorough and always has time for questions. In addition to his busy practice he runs a free clinic in an impoverished area for those who cannot pay.I’m honored to know him as a great doctor and a great man.
