Dr. is great, Pam the nurse is not
The doctor is amazing. He took a lot of time to explain my condition which requires surgery. The doctor informed me that his scheduler would give me a call back. After 3 days of not hearing anything, I called the office and they said they would call me back. I did get a call from Pam and unfortunately I was in another call at work. I called back 3 times and I have yet to receive a call. Extremely disappointed.

Dr. Wilner is my husband's urologist and has been for at least 10 years. I go with him to the majority of his appointments, At our age we go to a lot of doctors. He is undoubtedly the best all round doctor we have. The office is run very efficiently and the staff is competent and friendly. He is competent and yet humorous. If you have a problem he will keep do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of it. He listens to you, answers your questions and you never feel rushed. He is great.

I came to Dr Wilner w/ a urinary problem that had started in 2010 due to prostrate cancer . He adjusted my medication and scheduled a follow up in 3 weeks to check how it was working. It was but not quite as well as hoped. He again adjusted the medication and made another appointment for me in 4 weeks. I believe this time it is doing even better and my hats off to Dr. Wilner for a job well done. His office is well managed and has a caring staff.
