The doctor appeared rushed and impatient and created a general feeling of anxiety for both my wife and I.

So far I have been satisfied with care at this office

It felt like the doctor had no interest in my concerns and thought I was wasting her time.

I rarely post negative reviews but the negligence of this office is dangerous. They leave the phone off the hook and click on/off to keep it ringing. They do not answer portal messages. They disregard serious health conditions. Mary herself was very short and cold with me, questioned my mental health issues and medications and didn't offer any guidance for my questions. I witnessed a woman come into the office to try and schedule an appointment since no one answers the phone and she was turned away and told calling was the only option. I do not recommend anyone risk their health with this provider.

Dr.Hartley is an excellent physician. She is intelligent and uses her intelligence. Remarkable person. Her referral was spot-on.

Dr Bartley is an excellent and informative PCP. She listens and talks very clearly and she is very patient listening to me.

Found this provider very cold and quick to want to leave the room before I finished with my questions. Also, she was somewhat condescending. She needs to work on a better bedside manner.
