THE BEST!
I saw Dr. Millard for the first time in 1995. I was severe as far as breathing. He changed my life. I've sent many friends there to see him and he has made such a difference in all their lives. He is so kind as well as professional. Seeing him would change your life!!!

Dr Millard has been treating my eosiophyllic asthma for 3 years. Before that, a different pulmonologist failed to treat my asthma in 3.5 years. Dr Millard changed my life. He's a research oriented, leading edge doctor. He and his team have the best training, current knowledge and technology to take care of your lung problems! You should come here first! I wish I had. Call Dr. office to make appoint. for sinus that moved down to my chest. Had to leave v/mail. His nurse or assistant called me back. Told her I was having a hard time breathing. She then gave me the third degree about not following up on an appointment I Canceled 6 or seven months before. Like I was a school boy. She told me she would give message to Dr. and I usually took him a couple of days to call me back. I told her I just need to make appointment. Thanks Doc... I was sick for a month.

i was referred to this person by an allergist; the assistant lied to me from the time i walked in the office, promising to give me copies of every form she had me fill out; she harped on one particular form more than anything else; i have yet to receive the copies and that was in 2017; during the visit I was given samples & they did a blood test, the results of which i never received; however, they've sent several bills from this office even though the doctor only stayed 5 mins; they're crooks!

One of the rudest, cruelest and most egotistical doctors I have ever visited. I went to him for follow-up treatment after being diagnosed with COPD and respiratory bronchiolitis at National Jewish in Denver -- the best respiratory hospital in the world. His staff was rude and so was he, and he ultimately kicked me out of his office, saying "you don't have COPD, you're just fat!" Thus, I had to see another doctor, who helped me. Millard is mean, and has poor hygiene to boot. Not recommended!

I am speaking for my wife Kathy whom Dr. Millard has been the most attentive, determined and caring anyone could be. My wife of 50 yrs. was diagnosed with Scleroderma, Pulmonary Fibrosis, Raynaud's-disease and Sjögren's syndrome. Its been a slow and painful journey in decline. Dr. Millard, his staff and others at Baylor has been wonderful along the way.

Dr. Millard in my opinion is the best. I have severe asthma. Dr. Millard performed a new procedure on my lungs called Bronchial Thermoplasty. It took several months to get the procedure approved with insurance. Mainly due to the fact it is so new. Through the approval process Dr. Millard and his team never gave up. Therefore i have just finished the last of the three procedures and feeling better than I have in over a year. My opinion a life saver. Thank You
