Dr. Spencer and staff make you feel welcomed and cared for. Everyone put me at ease and listened attentively to my health needs. I felt like a person instead of just another number. I recommend Dr. Spencer’s office for anyone looking for a kind and compassionate general practitioner.

I have been a patient for 12 years. In the beginning he was a great doctor. When he opened his own practice I began to notice changes. His staff was rude & spoke about crude things that were easy to hear. My visits became rushed. He set up a patient portal to receive lab & other test results. I am not in the medical field so I could never interpret my results. He never called/went over the results with me. I would wait several days for refills. He began pushing diet pills. He talks about how important it is to eat healthy & exercise yet he has a vending & soda machine in his office. NO healthy options were available. It’s very contradictory. In the beginning I liked that he didn’t send me to specialist because he would treat what I needed & it also saved me money. Later realized that he isn’t competent enough to treat such conditions. A GI specialist sent me for labs discovered something abnormal. He sent me to an endocrinologist. I finally had answers. His treatment had caused!

Dr. Spencer is one of the least competent doctors I have ever visited. I have been misdiagnosed by him on multiple occasions. I was hospitalized for a heart condition only to find out later that my resting heart rate and blood pressure had been astronomical for years and he had never mentioned anything. His nurses are rude and incompetent as well. They always sound very annoyed to have to deal with you, and do nothing to try and remedy the problem. Stay as far away from him and this facility as you can

Dr Spencer is wise, but he is way too busy to pay attention to bloodwork test results, previous conditions in your chart, allergies or medicine refills. He is very cautious about sending you to a specialist which can lead to further harm. I have been going to him years now and am confident of my opinion. If he wasnt so rushed Im sure he would make better choices.

I haven't been able to see a primary doctor in 2 years due to being so ill from thyroid poisoning in another state so as soon as I could travel I needed to see someone who could handle as much as possible or know how to prioritize and make referrals. How on earth do you find that in one doctor? To my shock and surprise, I did with Dr. Spencer. My main concern was brain damage which was different than in the past and anemia. He took care of both, ordered a new Brain MRI and I see him in 2 weeks not 3 mos. He took his time and listened. I was very impressed.

Dr. Spencer is very knowledgeable and has the best bedside manners. He truly cares about his patients and wants to get to the bottom of any problems you’re having. I 100% would and do recommend Dr. Spencer to people I know and my family. I recently had my Mom go to him and she is so happy she did, she’s now a patient of his as well.

Dr. Spencer is the best doctor I've ever seen, in any specialty. I've had several surgeries with many different doctors and not a one is as knowledgeable as he is. He continues to surprise me with his breath of knowledge and experience in all facets of medicine. You can't find a better doctor anywhere.

The first visit went great, everyone was so nice to speak with. My follow up not so well due to never being seen. My appointment was at 1:10 and for the next 50 minutes I over heard the nurse make plans to go visit a haunted house and the doctor (I believe by the voice) make plans for dinner. When I told the front office I need reschedule they looked at me like two deer stuck in head lights. To top it off, had the nerve to ask me did I may a co-pay, Really?

Dr Spencer treats each patient like they are special. He treats the patient not just the disease or condition. That is a big difference when you are going thru something traumatic and life changing. His new office is wonderful and his staff are the best. They are so sweet and helpful. He is now out of my network but doesn't matter. He will be mine and my husbands Dr for as long as he will have us
