Everyone in the practice is nice. My issue came at our last appt. Dr Daye was given the written report of my foot MRI and then told me something completely different. I broke my foot in March of 2020. They released me to go back to work on June 15th (I asked to be returned because my position was only protected for 12 weeks). In November I started having a lot of pain in my foot and now my tendon. I did everything they asked PT, inserts, heel lifts etc. Still wasn't working. They ordered me a foot MRI in January. Dr. Daye gave me my results said my fracture was "healed, beautiful, and good to go" just some swelling and she didn't know why it was being stubborn. I'm with UBMED now and we requested my report from January so we could see ourselves what it said. It clearly said I should have a CT because there is no bridging bone. Ub also did an ankle MRI for my tendon. I now need 2 surgeries. I walked on a still broken foot because Dr. Daye decided in her head that my report was wrong.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Dr Lisa daye was the worst doctor I have ever experienced in my life. If I should even call her a doctor. She did not listen to any of my complaints or symptoms and was in a rush to get me out the door. Without even looking at my injury, dr daye told me I’m in pain because of my weight which is not possible. I am a 22 year old healthy female who weighed 140 pounds. I am now 17 weeks pregnant and have gained 8 pounds. Dr daye said my knee is swollen and in throbbing pain because of my weight. I told my new ortho doctor that and she laughed. What a joke this doctor is. She should have her liscense revoked for misdiagnosing my knee. I went to dr daye in hopes to find out why I am in so much pain but instead I left humiliated and upset. I will never ever see dr daye again. She told me to come back in 6 weeks if I want her to give me an injection. I rather have my leg amputated with no pain meds than have to go back to dr daye. Worst doctor ever.

Dr Day operated on my knee in 2000. The mistakes she made led to 14 additional surgeries including a partial replacement all of which the surgeon who had to fix he work suggested would be necessary in 2002. Quite frankly I wouldn’t trust her with even the most minor injury.

I need to express my sincere thanks to Dr. Daye and the entire Excelsior family for all that they did for my daughter, Madison. Dr. Daye performed an ACL reconstruction on August 10th, 2017 and she has never looked back. Zero complications, and a return to an elite level in 7 months was more than we could have hoped for, and we are forever grateful. She has played 80 plus softball games and 25 soccer games since March 2018. This woman is an amazing surgeon!

Excellent Dr - I had extensive shoulder surgery 2013. Dr Day explained everything to me on what to expect after surgery. Though recovery was long, I no longer have any pain. Was friendly and caring.

Dr Lisa Daye and Excelsior Orthopedics have provided me with an amazing experience of the highest quality of testing, service, opinion and treatment plan. I HIGHLY advise seeing Dr Daye for Otho ( I have an ankle injury ). Dr Daye and at staff from Excelsior were amazing, from the moment I arrived. Thanks to her I am starting PT and in recovery much sooner than initially expected. I was advised by another MD to agressively treat with much different approach. So glad I saw Dr Day!!!

She gets very personal with her patients and treats them as one of her family members. She was a second opinion and not even 2 minutes into my consultation with her i trusted her over the other doctor. She took the time to show me what was wrong and explain it from start to finish and how the surgrey would go and how the recovery would go. I feel in great hands and would HIGHLY recommend her to anybody and everybody needing to seek an orthopedic.
