Dr. Philips did my total right hip replacement years ago and just saw him as a checkup. X-rays show all is fine.
When time comes if needed to be replaced I wouldn't hesitate having him do it.
His staff is great too.

Dr Phillips performed my hip replacement surgery four days ago. I was able to return home the same day and my recuperation has been progressing smoothly.
Prior to surgery he took time to make sure I was well informed re: the surgery and that all my questions were answered. Dr Phillips & his staff are professional, kind, patient and highly respected by the hospital & home care staff - everyone told me I had “the best orthopedic surgeon”, and based on my experience I agree!!! I would highly recommend him!

Best knee surgeon in western New York. Dr. Phillips has replaced both of my knees in the last two years and now I walk 2 miles a day and have biked over 1000 miles this year.

Dr. Phillips performed a hip replacement on me in SEP 2019. It was a life-changing event for me. After struggling with pain and limited/declining mobility for several years, his excellent work has returned me to full functionality and zero pain. In fact, my knee pain also disappeared as well as my sciatica - a 3-for-1 deal. I cannot thank this great doctor and his team enough. I have and will continue to recommend him to others. Don't live with the pain - see Dr. Phillips.

Dr.Phillips is an excellent surgeon. I have always heard good things about him. He did an excellent job on my knee. within 3 weeks I can see the difference already. I will be having my other knee done in May. He is the only one I would let do my surgery. Excellent!!

On a recent visit to New York I fell broke my hip. Dr. Phillips operated on me and did a FANTASTIC job. I was in rehab facility for two weeks and after a check up with Dr. Phillips I was allowed to come home to VIRGINIA. Would highly recommend him for surgery. Thank you Dr. Phillips.
