I was in and out as a new patient in less than an hour! All the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful and I loved the nurse. Dr. Russell was very helpful and even taught me and thing or two that I didn’t know before and she interacted with me the whole time I was being seen. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Russell and her staff

I recently had an ingrown toenail so I made an appointment with Dr.Russell, she had to give me a shot all the through my toe for numbing, I have a problem with anxiety so she just started talking asking me questions to get my mind off the pain. She has the best bedside manner I’ve ever seen. If you are having any foot trouble make an appointment with her she is wonderful!

I found Dr. Joy Russell to be very professional in her demeanor and handling of my Mother's foot ailment. She had a pleasant and knowledgeable bedside manner. She addressed the issue at hand. I felt she answered our questions and she made you feel cared for. Her staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Yes, I would recommend this doctor to family and friends.

Ordered my diabetic shoes too large and wouldn't get the right size -- told me to just wear two or three pairs of socks. Who wears three pairs of socks to make their shoes fit? Scheduled my shoe visit in December so I missed getting my shoes for the year since they didn't come in until January, then the next May was told shoe visit wasn't until December, so I was going to miss another year getting shoes! Primary sent several referrals before their lazy folks even responded. Useless front staff!

Didn't get to see the doctor. The receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. She was on her cell phone talking loud. When I arrived, the receptionist had her back to me, when she finally turned around...omg she has the nastiest attitude. After waiting for 45 minutes I decided to leave. The staff in the back were taking so loud, I heard their conversation. I was the only person there and still had to wait. No comment about the Dr. Her front staff said it all.

Didn't get to see the doctor. The receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. She was on her cell phone talking loud. She clearly didn't care about me seeing the doctor. I was the only person in the office. Waited 45 minutes listening to the receptionist on her cell phone. I left. Lost a client.
