Extremely rude doctor with inept staff
Dr. Clous was unprofessional to say the least. My mother went to her for treatment of her diabetic foot. She previously had surgery on it, then had a fall due to ill fitting diabetic shoes and needed new ones. The staff scheduled numerous appointments only to give her the run around for months and never giving her any shoes. They made amateur mistakes on orders (like writing the wrong size on the order). My mother left several messages for Dr. Clous, which were never returned and shoes never received. When Dr. Clous finally decided to call, she berated my mother on the phone then hung up on her while she was trying to talk, a disabled diabetic senior citizen inquiring about her diabetic shoes taking several months, multiple appointments and never getting a shoe. All people are deserving of respect. My mother is a retired healthcare professional and has never conducted herself in such a rude and disturbing manner with anyone as Dr. Clous has. I was a patient too and I felt rushed.

Dr. Clous was so informative and helpful
I thought I had a toenail fungus for years and avoided going to the doctor. I tried every internet fix I could find! I finally made an appointment with Dr. Clous. The appointment process was easy and office staff very polite and helpful. I wish I had gone in years ago! I learned that what I had was not a fungus, and she explained the problem carefully to me and the solution. She also explained some other structural anomalies with my feet that explain the type shoe that is comfortable on my feet. She is a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring physician that I highly recommend.

Amazing experience! Previously I have seen 2 podiatrists for my heel pain. Both recommended some kind of injection. Dr clous is all about conservative treatments. She even told me she rather not give medication, she like to try to fix what started my pain. I took all her recommendations to heart. 2 weeks later my feet feel much better. I have been dealing with the pain for one year, here I'm painless. I can wear the shoes I want. Thank you Dr. Clous. Her staff is so friendly. Making appointment was so easy they do their very best to work with your schedule!

For over a year, I have suffered with ingrown toenails on both my big toes. I avoided a trip for a pedicure as long as possible because I knew it would be painful! Dr. Clous told me about a procedure where she would trim both sides of my nail and it would not grow back, eliminating the problem. I had her do it about 4 weeks ago - as expected, the original shots for numbing were a little painful - but the results have been amazing! I just went for my first pedicure after the healing and I was able to sit there - relaxed - painfree - totally comfortable thru the entire pedicure!!! THANK YOU, DR. CLOUS!!!!!! I considered going to her office on the way home - just to give her a big hug and THANK YOU in person!!!! She is amazing!

Like I have told most people about my foot surgery - I researched the doctor not the process. After my experience all positive things said about Dr. Clous is true. Very honest doctor with a dedicated staff. The process was a breeze with a history of 17 years foot issues. One foot down and excited to work with Dr. Clous for the next foot. A lot of other people has complimented my doctor by just judging my process. Her work speaks for her expertise.

I recently found Dr. Clous and initially chose her office for her proximity to my house. And boy, what a lucky decision! I have spoken with several of the staff, and every one of them is on the ball. I do not recall a time in probably the last fifteen years that a doctor saw me ON TIME, and spent SO MUCH TIME with me answering my questions. She listens, and when she answers, she inspires confidence. I am really, really impressed, and would recommend her very highly. She is a FIND.

In November 2016, Dr. Clous performed a bunionectomy on my left big toe and a realignment of the adjacent toe. The procedures were well explained and well executed. There were no complications and the healing has been quite rapid. Dr. Clous is competent, caring and professional. She carefully listened to my concerns and made suggestions when needed. Her staff was friendly and caring. I found her office and the surgical facility to be be very clean and welcoming.
