I was very impressed on Dr. Millin's thoroughness and knowledge on my initial visit choosing Dr. Millin as my PCP. Even with excellent health over my 90 yrs .I have seen a number of doctors (more than I can count on both hands). Dr. Millen is at the top of that list without question.

Been with him for over 15 years. It is quite a long wait but a good book helps. You’ll appreciate the quality time spent with you. He gets to know the real you. Has been a lifesaver.

Dr. Joseph Millin is great, knowledgeable doctor!
Dr. Joseph Millin is our family doctor. Some people complain about waiting time but it is nothing comparable with the time he spends with patients. He is always listening attentively, and pays attention to every detail that the patient says. His treatment is always helpful. The front desk staff (Kevin) was very nice and helpful. Dr. J. Millin is great, giving realistic expectations. I definitely would recommend his practice!

Outstanding. One of the most thorough, caring physicians I've ever had. Well worth the long wait. Things moved faster when Dr. Millin had a nurse practitioner on site to handle normal routine visits. Hope he hires one again.

I've been to many Dr's in my lifetime and I have never had to wait 2-3 hours to see the Dr. For 10 min this is unacceptable. My appt. Was 1:00 you get to the office they take you in a room and totally forget about you, I sat in that room 2+hrs waiting with no t.v. or magazine, no one came in to say anything when the Dr. Came in he didn't apologize for the wait, he just listened to my chest and ordered labs. Maybe he has his favorite patients and give them time to talk about what's going on with them but, not me. Go to him at your own risk.

My mom has been a patient for a year and a half. It takes 3 calls to get a call back and that took a week.Takes 3 weeks to get a referral and 3 hours to have a 15 minute appointment. Worst practice I have been gone to and I work in the healthcare field.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Millin?
Most objections are about wait time, but if his expertise as a doctor is what matters to you he is extraordinarily patient, thorough, personable and knowledgeable. Spends as much time as each person needs to explain every aspect of care in great detail and answers any number of questions with no sign of impatience. If you don’t want to wait because that is how this doctor chooses to practice, then choose another, like the usual rushed 15-minute wonder who puts schedule and profit over personalized service. I would rather expect and plan for an hour or even more wait time because I know that he’s spending optimal time with the patients before me and will when it’s my turn, regardless of what that does to his schedule. This is what doctoring used to be like and is sadly so rare today.

I personally find Dr Millin a very thorough and kind, understanding Doctor, and believes in taking the time to listen and keep me well! So if I wait a little longer to see him, I know he takes extra time with me,I prefer this than being rushed through an appointment! I have and will recommend him to my many friends.

Dr. Millin has always taking his time explaining the diagnoses. He has never rushed through any of my appointments and he spends plenty of time with me. I can understand why his wait time is a bit longer, it is due to the fact that he dose not rush his patients out the door.

Dr Millin was my PCP for a year. He told me I had many problems and had me going back every 3 months. The minimum time waiting was 2 hours. The last visit I waited 3 and a half hours. When I finally got to see him he brought up a new laundry list of problems. I changed doctors and all of those medical problems magically disappeared!!!!
