Fantastic doctor!
I have been seeing Dr. Spinella for 2 years after my doctor retired. Dr. Spinella is very experienced, well organized and gets straight to the issues at hand. I feel safe under his care and I know he will always make good decisions regarding my healthcare.

Great Doctor
My wife and I we have been seeing Dr Spinella for over 2 years after our previous doctor retired.We are very pleased with the time spent to explain our conditions, medications and blood tests results. We find him extremely knowledgeable and able to give us very good advices on anything we can do to improve our conditions. We highly recomment him.

Cannot recommend this practice!
The practice will drop you in a heartbeat! The phones ring and ring. Best part of the practice is the phlebotomist but that's not a reason to choose this place. In my opinion, it is poorly run by the owners.

No doctor's appointment for you!
Couldn't see the doctor because his staff said I had a bad attitude. Sad but true. Makes me wonder about the interpersonal relationships there.

I have been a patient of Intercoastal for 15 years. My Dr moved so I had to choose a new PCP. Choose Dr Spinella because of his reviews. on my first appt I got caught up in I 75 traffic & was 20 minutes late. In 15 years i have never been late. He would not see me that day. (understandable) They said they would call to reschedule. They never did. What I did receive was a certified letter stating they would not accept me & would send my records to a Dr outside of Intercoastal. Not sure what kind of organization this is, but I'm glad I found out now. I will gladly give my name to anyone who would like it. also hope this note is not filtered from this site. Thank you!

Excellent Physician
Dr. Spinella's focus is on his patient. He takes his time answering ALL questions and is thorough with his responses. He truly cares and reviews the patient's history. Office staff is efficient, helpful and pleasant. A winning combination!!

Dr. Spinella is very knowledgable, thorough, and kind. He takes time with his patients to listen. He tracks patients who are sick to followup on us. His nurse, Lorena, is also great and responsive.

Excellent Family Doctor! – Sep 19, 2021

Dr. Spinels was very quick to see that I was having a heart problem and made it a priority to get me to the next level of care. My cardiologist, Dr. Morsli, knew quickly that I required open heart surgery. I was fortunate to have Dr. Fong to take over for a 6 bypass surgery. Between the 3 of them they saved my life!
