Dr. Josette Grice, MD

This has been bothering me for years. I saw Dr Girce for years and love her. However, she missed my diagnosis of hyperparathyroidism for years despite high calcium levels. I moved, and have since had a parathyroidectomy removing one bad adenoma. I have super bad osteoporisis due to this disease which could have been avoided with proper diagnosis.

I’ve been with Dr. Grice for about 20 years and I couldn’t imagine going to any other doctor. Dr.Grice has an amazing bedside manner and treats you with such respect and compassion. Highly recommend seeing her for your family practice needs!

Dr. Grice has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. She is the most caring, knowledgeable and thorough doctor I have ever been to. She never rushes through my appointment. Instead she, let's me ask questions about all my ailments on my list. Her answers are from her extensive knowledge base but will also research any areas that are new to her right on the spot! Her staff is so friendly and compassionate, especially Traci. My husband and my 98 year old mother-in-law both are seen by Dr. Grice and have had high praise as well. I know they can be busy but that is further testimony to the care and professionalism I have always found with her practice. She is worth the wait!

I chose Dr. Grice as my new primary care doctor a year and a half ago, and I’m thrilled that I did! She’s one of the most attentive and knowledgeable doctors that I’ve ever had, and she takes plenty of time with me! It’s quite great to have a doctor who loves interacting with their patients!

Dr Grice has a way of communicating, which is fantastic. In simple terms she tells it like it is, without scolding, or anything like that.

I find her to always be helpful and understanding.

She did not run the correct blood work and when I called her out on it, she sent me a letter in the mail saying she would not be my doctor any longer. When I tried to get her to give me a new script she would not. She was my doc for years but would never recommend her after she screwed me over ! Sad but true.

She is responsive, quick to understand and has a great bedside manner. I would not send my family and friends to her, as well as my own healthcare if I did not think she was the best. She is worth any wait.

Dr .J. Grice deserves more than five stars! She is our family physician, that cares for three generations of women in my family. Our trust in her is absolute .When she moves to different location we follow, When my granddaughter went to university ,she drove an hour for her appointment at 8:00 am before classes,because she wouldn't not change her doctor. She is on top of every new thing and progress in medicine..

I've never had a doctor actually laugh at me until Dr. Grice. She made me feel so stupid and for no reason at all. I came to see her about a lump on my thyroid gland. She felt the area and said it wasn't a lump, but was my actual thyroid gland. I knew what a thyroid gland was and certainly was not confused, and as it turned out when I went to a real doctor, there was a lump. She, however, found it hysterically funny that I thought there was a lump there.

I have been 100% satisfied that any advice or diagnosis I have been given by Dr. Grice, has been accurate and helpful. The time she takes to get to know her patients, is definitely worth any extra wait time you may or may not have to spend in the waiting room. It's hard to find a Doctor that exhibits that kind of caring.

Dr. Grice is the best doctor I've ever had. She makes me feel comfortable with whatever problems I have. I feel that she really cares and is so knowledgeable.

Dr. Grice is very thorough and personable. The only downside is that wait times can be longer than expected, but I believe this is due to the time she spends with each patient. She never rushes you and takes as much time as is needed, and I personally do not mind waiting a little longer for this attention.

Dr. Grice is the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is thorough and exceptionally knowledgable in her field. She has real compassion for her patients. She does not rush you out of her office but takes the time to hear your complaints and sends you for the tests needed or to the necessary specialists.
