Limited practice
Full disclosure would have been helpful in finding the proper specialist. Limited practices never fare well .

Dr. Gibbs has been nothing short of excellent throughout my entire shoulder surgery process and I would highly recommend him. However, his secretary, Debbie can be counted on to be very rude. Ask her something she apparently doesnt want to be bothered with and her attitude will turn nasty instantly. First time I thought she was just having a bad day. Nope, everytime.

Dr. Gibbs always takes the time to explain everything to me. Most important of all, he listens to me! He has done left knee replacement & left shoulder rotator cuff surgery on me so far. I have recommended to several friends in need of a ortho doctor.

I just had shoulder rotator and labrum repair. Dr. Gibbs and his staff are amazing. Surgery was efficient and I immediately felt structurally stronger. The man radiates confidence and talent. His staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this doctor and cant say enough good things.

I have just spent 30 minutes to meet with dr. Gibbs and I had not been in. this is the second time this has happened. unity hospital overbooks doctors. there were three people who went in before me. I walked out without seeing him. failure to keep appointment times is not acceptable---my time is valuable too. look for another doctor

Dr. Gibbs was great - he did my ACL reconstruction & meniscus. Easy surgery, great recovery, back to full sports in less than a year. Today it feels no different than my other knee.

Doesn't fill in details, listens to patients complaints but brushes them off, office takes extremely long to file reports to insurance companies. Dr's. note's lack the substance of what was actually discussed during visit and are often misrepresented and lacking substance

I have been to Dr. Gibbs 2 times, (2 different reasons) I would Gladly go back to him again. We talked quite a bit about my diagnosis. He was honest and upfront with me. Told me all the do's and don'ts. I found his bedside manner to be very professional. I felt if I had any questions I could call and ask them. His secretary was very nice and professional a well. My experience with Dr. Gibbs was/is a positive one, and knowing he is there if I ever need him again is a great relief.
