The personnel was courteous and professional. Dr. Boeckmann was very pleasant, caring and took the time to explain why she recommended the type of procedure.

All the helpers speak Spanish which is very helpful when your mom only speaks Spanish

I waited 1 hour past my appointment time. Everyone came in around the same time. I saw my doctor going from examining room to room. She was really working hard it was not her fault. It was someone in scheduling making so many appointments so it was chaos.

The office was able to get me in on short notice to be seen. Front office very efficient, checking in and out patient in a timely manner. Back office prompt calling patients checking in prior to seeing doctor. Dr Boeckmann promptly sees patient, listening to concerns, examining and prescribing medication needed with follow up appointment. Patient’s questions met and answered. Office quiet, clean, staff personable, friendly and very thorough. Everyone in office makes you feel important as a patient when you are there for your appointment.

I had a laser procedure due to cataract surgery where I developed a cloud over my eye after years of surgery. I was so surprised how fast and easy Dr. Boeckmann took care of the problem. She explained why this happens and how she would take care of it. I was done within minutes and didn’t feel a thing.

My experience with staff was great, but Dr Boeckman was very rude and condescending. Did nothing to help me and was just trying to rush me out. Would not recommend.

Dr. Boeckmann is not only an amazing surgeon, she makes sure that her patients are impeccably taken care of. Follow up is important and she genuinely cares about her patients. She goes the extra mile. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very good support.

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and answered many questions I had.

Seem to me that this institute had many patients came on that day. My appointment time kind of little delayed from schedule.

I arrived 10 minutes early and was taken in at my exact appointment time. Two techs took some preliminary review of my eyes whisk me quickly from two rooms into the exam room. Dr, Boeckmann came in within two minutes or less. Reviewed everything we had a quick chat and I was out the door 35 minutes from start to finish. Very professional I’ll be sending my husband
