Front office
I tried to call and make New patient appt however Nevy as she called herself, I assume she told me to call back and ask for the scheduler. I was informed the front was short handed with no help with the phones. She could not make my appt due to a having a line at her window.I asked could I talk to someone she informed me the scheduler works from home that has more time to help patients then the front office staff. She is rude why would patients have to call back the doctors office to make a appointment. Why is Nevy going to answer the phone lines if she will not help patients. It is frustrating, I’m sure this is not how Dr. Bailey operates especially New patients I pray it’s not.

Dr Bailey is amazing. She's delivered all 3 of my children, and saved my daughter's life during birth. She always looks out for me, and even came off her own maternity leave to deliver my daughter. I was very sick in the hospital for a couple of weeks and Bailey diagnosed and treated me, for a very rare problem- yet she handled it with ease and confidence. I love her and drive an hour to her office, because she's that good. So thankful for her!
