I was very happy with Dr. Russel. It did take quite a few months to get into him (but with his specialty in neuro-muscular medicine, I understand why). He spent over an hour with me at my first appointment. He did a very thorough exam & testing, and is the reason I was able to go to the Mayo Clinic. I don't think I could be happier!

Did not see me the entire visit. Was assessed by fellow. I was extremely symptomatic during my autonomic nervous system testing. I was told at the end of my appointment by him that I did not have POTS and to see a vestibular specialist at Hopkins. I was diagnosed with POTS two months later by an actual POTS specialist.

Dr.Russell's fellow doctor did most of the job and he did it very well. Dr. Russell only showed up for 5 min at the end of the appointment shook my hand and briefly discussed the results. His hand was wet apparently after a visit to a restroom. The most useful information during the visit came from the fellow doctor who performed the tests and from the assistant medical student present at the appointment.

If I could 0 stars I would. I wait 5 months to see him and then another 5 months to do testing! Spent hardly anytime with me to review my case, just had his assistant doctor ask me questions for an hours that was on her high horse and made it seem as though my case was not important whatsoever. Terrible doctor and terrible service.
