Horrible front desk staff and no follow up from Dr
The front desk staff is rude and inappropriately provides medical feedback, when this is not in their scope of practice. Dr Mwaisela does not return any phone calls and does not respond to portfolio messages. that being said, when dealing one on one with patients in his office, he is very kind and caring. If you can stand the office and neglect, go for it.

Just saw him yesterday... he came to visit me in the hospital concerning my condition. The staff in the hospital told me he was really good and he definitely is.... plus one of the BEST ppl I ever met!! He gave me way more information about my condition then the international medicine doctor at the hospital did! I was so mad I couldn’t do my follow up care with him... he referred me to a few Neuro ophthalmologist to better assist me with my condition. He was knowledgeable, very pleasant, listened to all my concerns, and reassuring. I’m so thankful for his visit and I will definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a excellent neurologist! It’s hard to find doctor’s who actually CARE!

Dr. Mwaisela is a magnificent person and a real Dr and healer. I looked long and hard to find a Neurologist who was knowledgable and able to listen to my experience and really plan a treatment strategy that was a custom fit to who i am and how my unique body, mind and spirit heal. I am forever grateful to this humble and wise man and this caring and skillful doctor for the impact his medicine has had on my life.

HE IS THE MOST KIND, COMPASSIONATE, CARING DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD. UNLIKE OTHER PHYSICIANS I SEE, HE ALWAYS LISTENS TO ANY CONCERNS I MIGHT HAVE AND HE ALWAYS EXPLAINS THEM TO ME IN A FRIEND TO FRIEND MANNER AS OPPOSED TO A CLINICAL EXPLANATION. HE NEVER RUSHES OUR TIME TOGETHER AND HE ALWAYS LEAVES ME WITH HOPE. HE IS AN EXCEPTIONAL EXAMPLE OF HOW ALL DOCTORS SHOULD TREAT THEIR PATIENTS. WITH DR. MWAISELA, I TRUST HIM TO THE FULLEST AND I AM BLESSED THAT HE IS IN CHARGE OF MY SEIZURE/EPILEPSY CONDITION.

From my first visit over 15 years ago Dr. Mwaisela has been the most caring, compassionate doctor. He is a genuine person and my favorite doctor. It would be wonderful if he would never retire. No one could replace him.

He is the best doctor I have ever had, I would be heart broken if he stopped practicing. There are long waits but to me the wait is worth it and I plan accordingly because that juice is worth the squeeze. His staff can be short but once they get to know you, they will move the earth to help you and fit you in to appointments that are near impossible.

Dr Francis Mwasela is a kind, patient and compassionate doctor. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience when trying to reach him by phone. I have called several times and reached an answering machine. I would give him 5 Stars based on my first and only visit. I would give his office staff one star.

Dr. Francis Mwaisela is lovely, but his staff is difficult at best. I am a new patient with this practice and his staff has made my transition to his office extremely difficult. I would recommend Dr. Mwaisela with a warning about his staff. I feel that it is very important to have a staff that is both willing to help the patients, but also accommodating and pleasant to them as well. That is not the case with his staff. The last time I was in office, they did not even acknowledge my arrival.

This is the WORST place too ever go to.His secretaries are very rude and lazy.It took them a week to get back to me.I even tried to go to their office in person once to make an appointment, because I only got their voice mail on phone. The secretary there did not like I showed up there in person to make appointment. She told me that they were not an open clinic. She had a very bad attitude.I got my bill from them in the mail, but i still do not know my results from the testing done on me.
