I had a new appointment with Dr. Annah. She was the complete opposite of my previous neurologist. She actually listened to me! She took the time to review my chart before the appointmetn and answered all of my questions. I am so happy to finally have someone to listen to me.

I saw Dr. Amnah for headaches. She didn't rush through and just prescribe medications like other people have done. She explained the different treatment and what was best for me based on my condition and the other medications I am on.

I was referred to Dr. Ammah for progressive difficulty with speech. She treated me like it was all in my head. Said she could refer me to Johns Hopkins Neurology in Baltimore, but that the testing would be extremely painful, as though to discourage me. Eventually agreed to make the referral, but never did. My internist made the referral instead. Turns out it wasn't psychosomatic -- I was subsequently diagnosed with ALS.

I first saw Dr. Ammah in January 2019. She was the third neurologist I have seen for my symptoms. She took the time to listen to my symptoms. She also took time to explain my diagnosis as well as what the next steps would be. Her staff is courteous and polite and I get a response from Dr. Ammah in no time whenever I call. This is a wonderful practice!

I saw her after the left side of my body went numb as a follow up visit after an ER visit. She tested my reflexes, told me I probably had MS (obviously very upsetting) and then ordered an MRI. After a week or so she still hadn’t gotten back to me with the MRI results even though I called her asking a few times. The radiology center mailed me the results and I ended up reading on my own that I had a brain tumor. I called her the next day obviously very upset and she hadn’t even looked at he MRI.
