My husband and I had serious issues with our health insurance. I commend Amber and Kayley for assisting my husband and I! They were so diligent! My husband and I felt so supported! You rarely hear about office staff and managers displaying concern and or courtesy to patients But I can assure you my experience with Amber and Kaley was EPIC! Thank you ladies! Know that you are appreciated!!!!

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF
Dr. Branch is a good doctor but his (2) receptionists are extremely rude and very unprofessional with the WORST attitudes. I am going to find a different podiatrist and I will NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.

I had foot surgery in May 2015. During the follow up period from the surgery when they are not supposed to be charging because it is surgical follow up, he found things to do such as debreeding the wound, which caused me to owe a copay. And they waited almost a year to bill me while hinting at the possibility of collection activity. I believe it was not an honest practice and I would not recommend him only for that reason.
