Aunque tengas cita tienes que apuntarte cuando llegas. Abren la oficina a las 10 , te apuntas y si tienes suerte sales a las 5 ó mas tarde. Definitivamente, tiempo de espera necesita mejorar!

This office does not give appointments. They let patients sign up on a list and wait for unknown amount of time. This is disrespectful to patients.
