Dr. Juan Castaner, MD

Unacceptable! I went to check if I am pregnant. The most basic things that any nurse or doctor should do for a client is to check her weight, blood pressure and heart rate before any other test so that client has data for the rest of pregnancy. It’s very important for mother and the baby . this doctor did nothing but required me for ultrasound and ask about my blood type to fill his stupid form. They promised to send the result to me via email after a week. I only can get it after 18 days and had to phone them 3 times with anger and be passed to 10 different extension. They charged me more than 200 usd for this unprofessional and unpleasant time I spent .

He has an been an excellent DR. he has treated me the 3 pregnancies i had and he explained step by step the whole process with my pregnancies since i was high risk and my 3 girls are healthy and healthy and He is a very kind and courteous DR. and it is noted that it has a extensive experience i recommend it if i could have another child. I would go back with the DR. Castañer. That GOD gave Him many more years of Life and Health.

My experience with Dr. Casta?er was excellent. Smooth and straight forward. Staff is friendly, professional and very willing to help. I recently had an appointment, and accidentally lost the referral from my OB/GYN. I did not loose the appointment; the staff allowed me to have a new referral faxed to the office and I did not have to wait any longer. During the sonogram, Dr. Casta?er and staff were very friendly. I felt very comfortable as they took the time to explain/show my baby's body!
