I didn't rate her with less than a star because it's impossible. I had a negative experience with this doctor's staff, who was rude when I asked about my waiting time. In summary, I arrived early to my appointment, and the doctor arrived, opened the office, and let me in. Later about 15 minutes or so, another patient arrived. Then the doctor's staff came. The staff acknowledged (by name) the patient who arrived after me, called her, and let her inside the doctor's office area. The staff didn't look or say good morning to me, and I was confused why she called the other patient first since I had arrived earlier. When I asked the staff why she called the other patient first, she replied in a harsh tone and hostile attitude. Then I asked the staff how long she had been working with the doctor. She replied in a defiant, adversarial tone and nasty attitude: "I have been here for three years and started giving personal facts that I didn't ask about, such as my name is "Whatever" (honestly, I don't recall because, again I didn't ask her name), that she earned a Master degree (again, I didn't ask for her educational background). Even after this incident with the doctor's staff, I tried to clarify the situation with the doctor. To my surprise, this doctor sided with her rude staff and didn't answer my inquiry about the waiting time in a positive manner. In conclusion, this doctor's bad attitude made things worse, and I decided to walk away from her office without receiving any service instead of staying for what could be an awful experience. Definitely, not recommended due to the doctor's poor management of the situation described.

She is good, but doesn't spend much time on patients on their opening visits. The worst problem is her secretary, who is a nightmare to deal with. She is very slow and inflexible. I changed doctors because of the hassle that I need to go through on every appointment.
