Answer phones
Dr. Hashim Mapara Terrible, no one answers their phone or returns phone messages,looking for appointment. If their that busy they should hire more personnel.

Dr. Mapara is very kind and caring. It's my mom's nephrologist. Very human and is always looking to help the patient and give him quality of life. I recommend it for being an excellent doctor.

Dr.Mapara was very helpful with every question I had regarding my mother. she has stage 3 kidney disease and for the first visit he took the time to explain everything to us. He's very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. The front office girls are also very helpful, they get back to me so quickly when i call and they make sure to remind me of appointments and if i need to have her do labs.
