I have been a patient of Nisha Sharma, MD through Dignity Health for several years, and have been very reluctant to see her each time, due to her cold demeanor, ignorance and lack of communication issues. She seemed like the only female available and was taking new patients at the time I established care with her. I noticed for our appointment over the many years she disregards my concerns and interrupts me,talks over me when I am describing symptoms, does not thoroughly check the areas of my body that I have called her for an appointment to examine, but does the bare minimum there just to get paid. Nisha does not listen to me, doesn't explain, validate, or repeat back to me any of what I am expressing to her. If your test results are in the normal range but low, she will not treat you for that condition, like anemia, be warned. She once told me I had no anemia, but in fact I did when I met with an endocrinologist for a second opinion, and had to go on iron for 2 years.
