This was my second visit with Dr. Patel. I was very pleased.

Dr. [...] was my primary care doctor for over 25 years. I was prepared to not care for her Replacement. After my first visit with Dr Patel, I was very pleased and very happy with her her care and support. I will happily keep her as my primary care doctor.

Dr. Patel took her time and addressed all my questions. She is absolutely the best!!!

This was my first time meeting Dr. Patel. I'm very happy she's my new doctor. Knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate. All the things one wants in a doctor.

Dr. Patel was very informative of my medication list I provided for her and she had educated me on one of my medications to make sure I not take it for at least 3 days prior to any surgical procedure. She was also informative of my complete medical history. I requested for a prescription for lotion for my dry skin. I felt very comfortable with her and she took the time to listen to me about my concerns.she is very compassionate. Very grateful to know there are doctors who really care about our wellbeing.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Avan Patel. I really liked her. She took the time to get to know me, go over my medical history with me and explain everything. I am very happy that I chose to stay with Dr. [...] replacement. She appears to be a very thorough doctor and takes the time to listen to her patients.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Patel. I followed her to Dignity Health because I have always valued her care and treatment.

Dr. Patel is an excellent listener and communicator. She explained instructions very clearly.

We absolutely love Dr. Patel, she has a wonderful bedside manner and has always gone above an beyond.Her office staff though has left me quite disappointed when I follow up about prescriptions that I have called about multiple times and have been prescribed for 5 years. I called a couple days ago and was met with an angry receiver who dismissed my concerns saying that they were overwhelmed with other patients having my same concern so simply put that they don't have time for me and won't anytime soon and that is not their problem. As a first time mother who hasn't slept in 2 days and trying to breastfeed and raise my 8 week old newborn the lack of bedside manner from the office staff over an issue I had called 3 times about and was assured would be resolved pushed me to tears.My whole family loves Dr. Patel, but multiple experiences with the office staff treating us like this have left us feeling uncomfortable about calling this practice again.

Very caring, very thorough

While at Pleasant View hospital last year, i was treated by Dr. Patel. I thought her services were outstanding and he showed compassion and interest in the patient.

I trust Dr Patel’s decisions and I am happy that she agreed to be my physician.

Excellent Dr. She discovered I have Diabetes and has been working patiently with me since diagnosing 2 years ago. I'm not very strict with myself on Carbs! She's very attentive and calls me right away when she gets blood test results that she doesn't like! Her office staff is also very responsive. My experience with her and her office has been very good.

Excellent physician. Dr Patel is skilled, knowledgeable and personable. She listens and gives direction. She cares for each patient. She is dedicated and willing to learn new ways. She has been my physician for 4 years. Dr Patel is a specialist in old folks like me, age 75.

My mother has been Dr. Patel's patient for 5 years. She had a stroke on Jan. 1 at 8 pm. I called her office, but Dr. Allen was the doctor on call. I left him a message and to his credit, he called back quickly. When I told him my mom had a stroke, his response was, Thanks for telling me. That's it. I was dumbfounded--but not as confounded as when I never heard from Dr. Patel. And when I say never, she's been in the hospital 4 days now and Dr. Patel NEVER CALLED! Terrible.
