Spent my 20s with subpar endo care
I have been seeing Dr. Springs for about 8 years for type 1 diabetes. I always left discouraged. No matter what I improved, he was worried about something. I felt like a textbook. He saw it all so black and white. My biggest complaint is that he told me stress, depression and anxiety wouldn’t affect my sugars. He was always so worried about lows and never really helped me with highs. I went to a new doc today, turns out I’ve been injecting into muscle, need a different insulin, AND stress is contributing. She also told me caffeine will spike your sugar and I’ve been taking my insulin with a meal instead of 15 before. Never told that by him. She wrote everything down and made me feel like I can actually change this. She told me the same things in a way that made me feel human and empowered to do better and improve my a1c. I am so thankful and know my health will improve.

Worst experience ever
Dr. Springs repeatedly misunderstood my symptoms after clearly listing them during my visit. I reviewed his visit notes, and they were inaccurate likely due to him not fully comprehending or listening to me during the visit. My test results were abnormal, and he just said he wants to see me in 6 months without even treating my condition. Is this healthcare? He offered no explanation or treatment options. He certainly did not fully invest any time, thought or concern for my condition. I’m not sure why he even chose the medical field if he is unwilling to work with patients.

My son and I found Dr. Springs to be very informative and friendly. We felt he really took the time to listen to us. In addition, his nurse and office staff could not have been more welcoming. They put my son at ease immediately. I would definitely recommend Dr. Springs to anyone in need of an Endocrinologist!

Dr. Springs is a very caring physician. He diagnosed me with a rare condition that no one found for several years. He is always on time and never seems to be in a rush. When I couldn’t afford my meds his office put me in touch with the company to try to lower the cost. I would recommend him 100%.

This doctor is a terrible provider--he maliciously insulted my life choices to my face and degraded me instead of offering any sort of help. I would not recommend him to anyone and hope that others who have experienced similar situations with this doctor will review his performance so that he might be penalized for his awful demeanor and disrespect for patients.

I just recently had a consultation with Dr. Spring, no treatment plan was disscussed,He knew nothing of my other conditions, knew nothing of all of my doctots despite the fact that they are all CMC. He did not take my concerns seriously, Lastly my report that was written up was complete FICTION only my name, date of birth an PVP were accurate DO NOT RECOMMEND!
