Getting pretty dozy
I have gone to Dr. Gonzalez for a few years now, but each time I visit him, he seems to be worse. He is very repetitive and doesn't explain things well. He seems very bored and tired, like he doesn't like his job. And, the last two times I went, the procedures didn't work very well. I have moved on to another doctor as a result.

The Best in Plano.
I have been with Dr Gonzalez for about 15 years. I suffer from numerous conditions and he has helped me improve my lifestyle. I am able to do things that I hadn’t done in years. He is an excellent pain management doctor and is always concerned about my health. His staff are professional and amazing. I love them as family. Dr. Gonzales also treats my daughter for CRPS. She was in bed for 1 year suffering and Dr Gonzalez had her up and walking in a short period of time It was like a miracle and we will never forget it.

rude office staff
While Dr. Gonzales is knowledgeable and professional, my experience with the office staff has been extremely disappointing. The front desk is consistently rude and unaccommodating, which creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. The billing practices are another serious issue. Instead of submitting claims to insurance first, they require payment upfront before you’ve even seen the doctor. This led to a discrepancy in charges, as they overcharged me based on their own estimates, rather than what insurance would actually cover. It’s a shame that such a great doctor is overshadowed by unprofessional staff and poor administrative practices. I hope improvements are made, but unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Dr Gonzales is the best Doctor for me, he is the only one who help me and explain to me about my pain. I had a couple of doctors before him and they make me feel that I was crazy because they never do anything for me( well just take my money) and they told me that the pain it was only inside my head. I am so bless I find Dr Gonzales.

I had been in pain managment for close to 5 months before I found Dr. Gonzales. The pain manaagment group I was with before did nothing but give me pills and injections and tried to sell me things not covered by my insurance. I went to Dr. Gonzales on a Friday he took me off half the meds I was on and ordered an MRI along with prescribing me a medication for nerve pain. I went back the following Friday and he found the source of all my problems. He is great to work with and has a great staff.
