Aka Mrs. Kevorkian
I saw Faro in Colorado @ Swedish Orthopedics. So she was only to fix a fracture of my 5th metatarsal. She took it upon herself and her staff to attempt to fix my clubbed foot from when I was born . Asing me to sign papers while I was under anesthesia. My father was a witness at the time n she told him it was protocol. The butchery she did on my foot and ankle came out bad.....I mean really bad. With the hardware she put in I had sepsis twice. Her and her staff constantly told me that the pain will eventually go away. I'm still dealing with the pain today. 24-7 chronic pain. I've been to numerous doctors in Colorado, California, Tennessee and Florida and they all told me that she should've referred me to a Podiatrist 1st and then her 2nd. I tried to sue her and the facility. She skipped town when I got enough evidence to go after her. She packed up n went to New Hampshire. The hospital dragged me out to long to do anything.

Run.
Extremely disappointed in Dr. Faro's handling of my chronic plantar fasciitis and I found her attitude to be condescending and cocky. The appointment overwhelmingly focused on weight management, pushing weight loss surgery and unsolicited exercise and nutrition advice despite my attempts to discuss treatment options for the condition she specializes in. I made many attempts to redirect the conversation to treatment options, and even after becoming tearful she continued to spend 90 percent of the visit talking about gastric bypass surgery and then tell me, because I had become tearful, that I should get a therapist. When I did push to get some sort of treatment plan she halfheartedly explained one option immediately (completely different than all of the other colleague opinions of next steps) followed by how it probably wouldn't work because of my weight. This left me feeling unheard and with no concrete plan to address my plantar fasciitis, the very reason for the visit.

Dr. Faro screwed my foot up So badly by literally putting the wrong size implant in my big right toe. It was gross incompetency!! She is so nice but I know 4 other people whose feet are messed up and needed other surgeries to correct her errors. I would have sued her, but I didn’t have enough in damages(the law is swayed to protect doctors). I did file a complaint with the medical board it was that bad! Run in the other direction and if you have a choice don’t let any doctor cut your foot open it’s a huge mistake!

I’m a field sport athlete and had cartilage damage in my ankle. She operated on my ankle in 5/2021. AMAZING. Professional, courteous, her whole team was knowledgeable and made sure I was informed and comfortable. Surgery went very well and I was walking after 4 weeks and had a great recovery

Dr. Faro is amazing!! From a negative X-ray and examination of my foot she diagnosed my issue correctly. An MRI and Ultra Sound confirmed it. Her positive and friendly bedside manner put me at ease.

We were very impressed with Dr. Faro and her Physician Assistants when I had an achilles injury. Her staff quickly ordered an MRI and I was able to be seen in the office the next day. Dr. Faro was personable, honest and caring. I would highly recommend her for your orthopedic issues.

I saw Dr Faro when restrictions existed during the Corona virus and felt very safe. Protective guidelines were implemented in a safe and comfortable manner. Office employees were cheerful, rooms were comfortable and medical staff were very pleasant and responsive to concerns. I generally have felt this way when I have an appointment but even more so during a time when the medical community has more requirements placed on them. I am very grateful for their expertise and their ability to function in caring, responsive ways during this stressful time. Thank you.

Dr. Faro was so professional, kind and considerate. She put my worry and fears to test when I found out that I’m facing surgery once they’re allowed again. I know that I couldn’t be in better hands and look forward to feeling better once the surgery is done and I know Dr Faro and her lovely staff will help me along the way. Thank you so much Dr Faro.

I am currently being treated by Dr. Faro and her staff for a condition that started 8 years ago when I fell off a roof and shattered my heel. Since that time I have undergone 5 surgeries, the most recent this past January for a third subtalar fusion. Dr Faro and her staff have been nothing short of consummate professionals! There are caring, encouraging, and most importantly highly skilled pertaining to lower orthopedic extremity injuries. To boot, the staffs follow up care is top notch! I would highly recommend Dr. Faro as well as her staff for any lower extremity orthopedic problems. I would like to also mention that the staff for Swedish Medical has been exceptional as well. The hospital is clean, the staff and associates are kind, and the care has been genuine. Thanks much....Jim Dailey
