Definitely 5 stars
The Doctor and her staff were friendly, reassuring and put me at ease. My procedure was relatively 'painless' literally and figuratively. I had been avoiding doing this for 15 years despite my own Doctor's advise, because of my previous bad experience I would definitely use this Doctor again.

Values efficiency and production.
My interaction with her was less than 2 minutes. Everything runs through staff otherwise. Seems competent, but not particularly warm. Just another procedure to her, perhaps.

everyone was very professional, caring and courteous.I appreciated Dr. Bhavan talking directly to me and giving me results. The proceedure waiting area was a little wanting for privacy. I did see someone's bare bottom...difficult area tho as I know you want to be able to see some folks while they wait. As a retired RN, I can appreciate the difficulty keeping absolute privacy in that set up. It was similar to experience at St V's 8 years ago...
