Dr. Kao and her staff were friendly and efficient. She answered all of my questions and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

Excellent, Professional MD. She communicated well, listened and performed a thorough colonoscopy. And her report was equally clear and thorough. If needed, I would certainly request Dr. Kao again.

She spent roughly 15 seconds explaining the results. And then she hurried off. Clean colon, no polyps, eat more fiber, two internal hemorrhoids..No chance to ask a question, like, say 'What's an internal hemorrhoid?' How are those formed? How can they impact me if they aren't fixed? Ya know, stuff like that.

I have always had knowledgeable, caring staff and doctors over the twenty years I have used this clinic for procedures. My previous, very trusted doctor retired and I had to schedule with a new doctor for a follow up testing. Dr. Kao and her staff were great and it was very similar to my previous visits. I felt informed, well cared for and procedures were explained by staff and Dr. Kao. My questions were answered and procedure was completed in a timely manner with no problems. Once again, I was very pleased with the caring service I received with Salem Gastro and Dr. Kao.
